Transylvania County is one of the three counties included in North Carolina
judicial district 29, along with Henderson and Polk Counties. Growing up in Asheville, I visited Brevard and Transylvania
county many times before I became an attorney. Fishing trips with my dad and grandfather, day trips to Sliding Rock and Looking
Glass Falls, Golfing with friends in the Toxaway area and Sapphire Valley, and shopping at O.P. Taylors and other stores in
Brevard. I remember a number of football games in Brevard, and Rosman before high school. I have always loved the
beautiful mountains and waterways of this area, and consider the area like my home- the people and the land are
very special to me, and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to represent some of the residents of the county
in criminal and traffic courts. Spending much of my time in the district, whether in court in Brevard, Hendersonville, or
Columbus, I have developed good working relationships with the District Attorneys office, the Judges of our
district, the clerks of court and the law enforcement personnel. I always enjoy my sessions of criminal court in
Brevard, and hope to represent you here, if you need the services of an attorney.
